All event planning, wedding management, and stage production services are subject to team availability and calendar booking limits. We reserve the right to decline or defer event enquiries for dates where maximum studio capacity has been reached in Bengaluru or destination venues.
4. Event Scope & Customization
Specific deliverables, theme concepts, décor items, floral arrangements, audio-visual technical setups, and staffing requirements will be defined explicitly in individual client proposals. Any subsequent changes to event scope or guest counts requested by the client may incur adjusted pricing and timeline modifications.
5. Payments & Commercial Terms
Payment schedules, retaining deposits, milestone payments, and tax details (GST) will be specified in the formal contract. All payments are due according to the agreed contract milestones. Delay in milestone payments may impact vendor bookings or production lead times.
6. Cancellation & Modifications
In the event of client-requested cancellation or date modifications, refund eligibility or transferability of deposits will be governed strictly by the terms laid out in the formal Event Service Agreement signed by the client.
7. Third-Party Vendors
While Tarang Events Management curates, coordinates, and directs top-tier third-party service providers (such as venues, catering agencies, floral wholesalers, and performers), each third-party operates as an independent contractor subject to their respective venue guidelines and statutory safety regulations.
8. Images and Portfolio
Photographs, floorplans, and design renderings displayed on this website represent actual or conceptual event setups by Tarang Events Management. Clients agree that non-confidential event photography captured during managed celebrations may be utilized for portfolio presentation unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
All visual identity elements, monograms, logos, custom website code, design mockups, and text copy published on this website are the intellectual property of Tarang Events Management. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial duplication is strictly prohibited.
