1. Refund Policy
At Tarang Events Management ("we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to maintaining full transparency in all our commercial operations, event planning, and production services. A customer may be eligible for a refund only in accordance with the specific terms and conditions set forth in their formal proposal, quotation, booking confirmation, or signed service agreement.
Any refundable amount determined to be due will be processed after accounting for applicable statutory deductions, non-recoverable third-party commitments, outstanding dues, or services already performed up to the date of cancellation. Where applicable and approved, eligible refunds will normally be remitted back to the original payment method or bank account details provided by the customer at the time of booking.
2. Advance Payment
Advance or booking payments are required to reserve calendar dates, lock event management personnel, secure venues, and confirm vendor commitments for your event. The refundability of advance payments depends strictly on the cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Tarang Events Management does not claim that all advance payments are automatically refundable or non-refundable across all scenarios unless explicitly agreed in the customer's signed contract or formal proposal.
3. Event Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel an event booking, written notification must be submitted immediately to Tarang Events Management. The following schedule outlines the general framework for cancellation charges based on the advance notice provided prior to the scheduled event date:
| Cancellation Notice | Suggested Cancellation Charge |
|---|---|
| 60 days or more before event | As per agreement |
| 30–59 days before event | As per agreement |
| 15–29 days before event | As per agreement |
| Less than 15 days before event | As per agreement |
Note: The actual applicable charges and retention percentages will be governed specifically by those outlined in the customer's signed proposal or service agreement.
4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
Any request to postpone or reschedule an event is subject to team availability, venue calendar permissions, and third-party vendor schedules.
Additional costs may apply if vendors, venues, logistics providers, manpower teams, or equipment rentals incur extra fees, date change penalties, or rate increases due to rescheduling. The original booking terms and commercial schedules will continue to apply unless formally modified and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
5. Cancellation by Tarang Events Management
In rare and unforeseen circumstances—such as events of Force Majeure, severe statutory restrictions, extreme weather hazards, site safety concerns, or non-fulfillment of payment terms by the client—Tarang Events Management may need to cancel or discontinue event services.
In such scenarios, any applicable refund, credit note, or alternative service arrangement will be evaluated and handled in good faith according to the governing agreement and specific circumstances of the event.
6. Third-Party Services
Event execution frequently involves external third-party service providers, including but not limited to venues, decorators, caterers, floral artisans, photographers, videographers, entertainers, sound/lighting technicians, and transport operators.
Clients acknowledge that third-party cancellation policies, non-refundable booking deposits, or contractual penalty charges imposed by external vendors will directly impact and be deducted from any final refund amount where applicable.
7. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be initiated only after comprehensive verification of booking credentials, signed agreements, account details, and completion of all non-refundable cost audits.
Refund processing timelines depend on banking channels, financial institutions, and vendor clearance processes. Tarang Events Management avoids promising fixed refund turnaround periods on website documentation unless an official timeline has been confirmed in writing in the formal client contract.
8. Non-Refundable / Deductible Costs
Costs already incurred, committed, or rendered for the preparation and production of the event will be deducted from any potential refund amount, including but not limited to:
- Vendor payments
- Venue charges
- Customized materials
- Equipment bookings
- Travel and logistics
- Manpower arrangements
- Other approved event-related expenses
9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To submit a formal request for event cancellation or refund evaluation, clients must contact Tarang Events Management using our official contact details.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Booking or Event Reference Number
- Scheduled Event Date and Venue Location
- Customer Name and Contact Details
- Reason for Cancellation or Refund Request
10. Final Terms
The specific refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms applicable to each event will be governed by the formal proposal, quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement issued to the client.
In case of any discrepancy between this website policy and the signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement will prevail.
