1. Services Offered

Tarang Events Management provides event management services including (but not limited to):

Wedding Planning

Corporate Events

Birthday Parties

Decoration and Venue Setup

Entertainment & Catering Services

All services are subject to availability and a written agreement/confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in-person.

A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm any booking.

Remaining balance must be paid before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

All payments are non-transferable and must be made via approved modes (UPI, bank transfer, or secure payment gateway).

3. Pricing & GST

All prices mentioned are inclusive/exclusive of GST, as applicable.

Final pricing may vary based on customization, location, or last-minute changes.

Price once confirmed will not be negotiable.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must follow our official Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days as per the refund terms.

5. Rescheduling of Events

Rescheduling is allowed once, free of charge, if informed at least 3 days prior to the event.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and written confirmation.

6. Service Liability

While we strive for perfection, Tarang Events Management will not be held responsible for:

Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or third-party failures

Any damage/loss caused by guests or external vendors

Event cancellation due to reasons beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, videos) on this website is the property of Tarang Events Management.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts only.
